• In person: Drop off your gift at 1025 Wade St., Iowa City, IA, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

• By mail: send to Iowa City Hospice, 1025 Wade St., Iowa City, IA 52240

• If you are making a gift in memory of someone, please write the honoree's name in the memo portion of the check, or include a note with your gift.

• To donate online, go to www.firstgiving.com/iowacityhospice, and click the "DONATE" button in the upper-right of the page. For a memorial, on the "Confirm Your Donation" page, under the optional "Leave a Message for Iowa City Hospice, Inc.," enter the honoree's name.  For example: "Gift in memory of Bob Smith."
